Children of Mountains [Latvia]

The performance of the children from Latvia was the main attraction of the second day of the 'Children of Mountains'. We enjoyed this show - it was full of passion and joy:)
The ensemble of 'Zelta sietiņš' came from Riga. It is the largest children's folk group in Latvia which was established in 1958. The name of the ensemble means 'the Gold Strainer' ("Złote Sitko").

Wonderful costumes! Love to see the kids learning the traditional dances to carry on an old tradition! Great photo series!

Widzę, że macie ciekawą imprezę folklorystyczną :)
Tyle, że gdzie oni mają te góry??? 8-O

PS.

Thanks for all your visits and comments!
