This is one of the buildings situated by Jagiellonka Street. If you enlarge the photo you can see the image of Saint Mary (between windows).

On the promenade

On Jagiellonska Street you can find many interesting buildings. This is one of them.

Time

You can see the reflection of one of the tenements (you can see it here and here) on Jagiellonska Street. The photo was possible thanks to one of the shop windows - the window of the watchmaker (zegarmistrz) Dobrzanski:)

Athletes

Upholding the balcony is a tough work. These athletes (woman and man) also guard the entrance to one of the tenements on Jagiellonska Street (we called this building 'sunny optimism' - you can see it here and here).

The blue one

This tenement is situated on Walowa Street which crosses Jagiellonska Street. It is beautiful building but unfortunately quite devastated by the passing time. We wish it will be renovated:)

There are cake shop and stores with clothes on the ground floor of the building.

Birds' perspective

Birds look at the world not only from above but also from this perspective:)

As you can recognize from our older posts this is the main street of the town - Jagiellonska Street.

Sunny optimism

Beautiful sunny Saturday in Nowy Sacz!:)
The photo was taken on Jagiellonska Street. This tenement is one of the most impressive in the town in our opinion. There is a bookstore ('ksiegarnia') in the first floor. Tomorrow we will post some more details of this building which looks even better in the reality than in our photos:)
Have a great weekend!

Elegant

Indeed, it's elegant. This tiny tenement (situated on Jagiellonska Street) was renovated last year. Before that it had to be perfectly common building, because we don't remember how did it look like before the restoration:)

Jagiello on Jagiellonska Street

This is the statue of Wladyslaw Jagiello - the Polish king from the XV century. He laid the foundation for the centuries-long Polish-Lithuanian Union. He run the war with the Teutonic Order - Jagiello together with the Lithuanian army defeated the enemy during the Grunwald's battle in 1410 (this date is remembered by every Pole). This statue was founded in 500 anniversary of this event.
This sculpture is situated of course on Jagiellonska Street:)

Jagiellonska Street

Jagiellonska Street is the main street of Nowy Sacz. It goes from the market square. There are various shops, boutiques, banks and agencies.

The street was modernized last year. The name of it comes from the dynasty of Polish Kings.

Photos were taken today.
