Looking down: Thin and Fat towards the grandeur of Nature

The weather is still so awful that we do not take any new photos. We are reaching for our archive. The photo was taken last week.

Do you remeber the Thin and Fat* at our blog?:) If not, you can see them here. Aren't they a little bit smaller toward these hills and especially the Tatras in the background?:)

* - saying Thin and Fat we mean the former monastery of Franciscans and the Evangelical Church:)

I'd say "Yes" to your question, but then those beautiful mountains would dwarf just about anything...they are majestic.

Very nice shot, m_m!

Excellent view. Such a picturesque place where you live. Thanks to your pictures I feels as if I'm getting to know Nowy Sacz.

Those two churches are just too cute together. And your surrounding mountains are truly awe-inspiring! Beautiful.

The Tatras... I guess I'd feel at home there even though there should be a big city nearby to make me feel more at home :P. Is it easy to locate yourself around town with the mountains there?

:) Loved it. Makes me feel homesick a bit... but in a positive way :)

Stay well guys,

Here's sending you some of our California sunshine! What a pretty town you live in. It reminds me of parts of Germany. I looked at some of your shots. I especially like the wooded architecture that you featured. Thanks for stopping by at my blog; that's how I found yours!

Ja też odczyniam dziś urok i zaklinam słoneczny czas ;)

Beautiful views! In Bielsko you can see Tatra Mountains, too but you must reach a cable car on Szyndzielnia and then once again go and go to Klimczok - the higgest mountain in Bielsko. Only from this peak you can see Tatra Mountains. In Nowy Sącz it's much easier. Greetings from Bielsko:)
