In today's photo there is the view on the central part of Nowy Sacz from the tenth floor of one of the high-rise blocks in 'Barskie' housing estate. You can see in it the contours of the Saint Margaret Church and the townhall.
At the bottom of the photo there are typical communist houses which were built in Poland in 1960s. and 1970s. It was very simple and rather ugly architecture. Fortunately, communism collapsed in our region of Central and Eastern Europe 20 years ago and such buildings are just an ephemeral relics of the past:)
