Konarskiego Street is in the center of Nowy Sacz. There are several offices, bank and primary school. The street is in the area of the Saint Casimir Church and 'Planty' Park which you can see in previous photos at this blog.
My grandfather's name is Casimir (and it's very funny to us!) :-) I'm enjoying your blog coz it's nice to see the place where Pope John Paul comes from.
We would like to share with you our best photos of Nowy Sacz and its neighborhood. Our town is not large (about 85,000 inhabitants; located in the south of Poland) but there is a lot of places which are worth to see.
We hope you will enjoy Nowy Sacz!

this is a gorgeous photo. beautiful architecture and angle
Wow. That's fantastic architecture. Now I'm curious: just how old is Nowy Sacz?
Nowy Sącz was founded in 1292, so I think we can say that it is a really old town:)
This particular tenement was built in 1910.
Great shot and very beautiful architecture!
I do like the architecture and I am thinking it would be even nicer in the sunshine.
I'd really like to get over to Poland someday.
What beautiful buildings. A lot of amazing history behind them I imagine.

No, no ciekawe fasady. Niby widuję u siebie podobne, ale inne, jakby mniej fantazyjne.
