In the background there is a building of the newest Nowy Sącz's shopping center (Three Crowns - Trzy Korony). It is still under construction, but it's going to be opened in June 2013. We've posted it in November 2011. Even from today's perspective you can notice many changes:)
On the right there is indoor swimming pool.

I think you need an indoor swimming pool there. Even here I like indoor pools. We had an outdoor pool at our former house in Ocala, but it was soooo much work (and it cost a lot - as someone said, a pool is a hole in the ground into which you pour money!).
