Looks very much like a mountain town in the U.S. - Colorado, for example. It's a nice composition - the road leads the eye right around the corner into the unknown!
Must be quiet at night. Nice view.
It was on a street like this (closed to traffic and not plowed for the winter) that sledding is the best.
