Renovated some time ago Miejski Ośrodek Kultury (Municipal Cultural Center). Earlier the name of it was Dom Kultury Kolejarza (Railwayman's Cultural Center).

Bardzo ładnie odnowiony, no i takie piękne światło:)
A nice building. Reminds me of a Target store here in Ocala which has several big red balls out in front...I don't know what they are for other than to keep people from running into the building.
