Today next photos from the inside of
the castle in Niedzica. In the first one, you can see several trophies of local hunters:) We prefer these animals before
taxidermy...

In the second photo there is the knight in his chamber. We strongly believe that it is just the exhibit and he did not have a chance to meet any taxidermist:)

:-)) It's cool to have exhibits like that to make history live.
Cool, this just makes me think about what it must have been like so many years ago.
I also agree those animals look better before that process.
The knight seems shy about getting his photo taken, or the upcoming duel (he even didn't drink anything from his goblet :P)
I feel uneasy about 'stuffed' animals, but can agree that here they have their place.
Delightful. I don't think I would have liked to have lived in those times but I'm glad that you have given us a glimpse of what it was like then in the castle in Niedzica.
First photo has the same decor as a lot of Salem homes. Quite a few hunters in these parts.
Have been away for a while and now looked on all your posts from this magnificient Niedzica castle!
Better be aware of the taxidermists! :-)
Agree about taxydermy.
This is a jump into de the Dark Ages! :-) And I agree with you as to prefering the animals alive.
Jeśli chcecie zobaczyć dużo jelenich (i innych) głów i poroży to zapraszam do Pszczyny :)
