Looking down: the modern church and the sports hall

In today's photo you can see, inter alia, the church of Our Lady Immaculate and the sports hall (on the left from the church). Behind them there is the 'Wojska Polskiego' ('The Polish Army') housing estate.

I remember this church (from your posts) and it is very recognizable shape. Lot of green around, beautiful zone of the city.

This really shows how huge the church is. I really like the hills in the background.

Wow! What fabulous architecture!

That church is ground-breaking, yet it doesn't seems to be too eye-shocking in a bad sense.

It is an interesting blend of modern and medieval. An very imposing structure. I like the inside very much. But my eye always roams the hills - there are none so pretty here.

This is an amazing view! I didn't realize that Nowy Sacz is surrounded by such lovely green hills — wonderful! And that church is fantastic! I'm not quite sure I like it, but I think it's still amazing.

The pictures is fab indeed! I am not convinced with the Church though. I actually think it is ugly, and doesn't fit to Nowy Sacz at all.

All the best,
Kacper
