Grinning Mr. Trabant

We met him in the town square of Nowy Sacz:). Similarly like he, we are also very happy because of the great weather:)
In the background there are tenements which are situated across from the townhall's front.

Those "devices" are still around? Nice livery, great shot.

Glad your weather is good. That looks like graffiti on the car's hood!

Teraz trabant i syrenka to najłatwiejsze do dostania w kioskach :)
A ten jest przynajmniej ciekawie pomalowany :)

A sunny day in a picturesque square - that's something to be very happy about. The car is great! I guess if the owner cannot have a shiny new car, putting imagination and art to an older car is the next best thing. I really like the whole photo.

Cassie, to be precise, NS is a town ^^

I'm glad that you all like it. It sounds little unbelievable, because NS is much uglier than these pics can make it seem to be. (Co oczywiście jest komplementem dla fotografów).

trabant rzondzi. byłam tam dziś pierwszy raz od dawna i niestety nie było mi dane go ujrzeć.

Cassie, Nowy Sacz is a town:) Thanks Oleandra for your complement:) Nowy Sacz as all towns has its beautiful and less representative side but we personally think that the beauty is more visible in our town:) Thanks for all your great comments!

Ok, I also think NS can be beautiful, especially in spring... ;-)

I agree: this is one of the bigger town squares I have seen. I must be wonderful to wander around it.

Are there still Trabi's left??!! The last Trabant I saw was in East Berlin in 1987! Amazing and fun photo!
