A new shopping centre in Nowy Sacz, located at Węgierska (Hungarian) Street. The name of the centre (Sandecja) is exactly the same like the name of the most popular Nowy Sacz's football club. Strange...

Angels/200th post

This stained-glass window (precisely - there are also doors) you can find in some tiny chapel of Nowy Sacz's Basilica. The text on the top of the window ('Królewskie Miasto Nowy Sącz rok założenia 1292') means 'The Royal City of Nowy Sacz established in 1292'.

This is also our 200th post:)

Masonic sign

Today we present you the masonic sign. During one of our walk through the town we noticed that many buildings in Nowy Sacz have such symbols on their facades.
This sign was found on the yellow tenement on Narutowicza street - just behind the St. Casimir church (the whole building you can see here).
If you enlarge the photo you can see that there is the image of Saint Mary on one of the glasses- strange composition with masonic symbol:)
